What we can't do is promise that an introduction will turn into investor interest, a meeting, or actual funding. Think of AngelIndex as a way to open doors for targeted networking — not a guarantee of what happens once you walk through them.

When you submit a startup or fundraising round for review, you represent that you have the authority to share the information provided, that the information is accurate and not misleading, and that you own or control the rights to any materials submitted.

It's on you to do your own research and make your own calls. AngelIndex isn't in the business of giving investment, financial, legal, or tax advice unless we're specifically authorized to do so. Anything shared on the platform is meant for networking purposes, not as a substitute for professional advice.

The AngelIndex website, branding, design, content, software, graphics, and other original material belong to us. You're welcome to use the platform, but copying, modifying, or distributing that material without our permission isn't allowed.

On the flip side, anything you submit stays yours. By sharing it with us, you're giving AngelIndex a limited license to use it as needed to run the platform and make relevant introductions on your behalf.

We handle personal and submitted information according to our Privacy Policy, and we take reasonable steps to keep it safe. That said, we can't promise absolute confidentiality no platform can.

A good rule of thumb: only share information you're actually authorized to share, and think twice before uploading anything confidential or proprietary unless you're comfortable with the risk that comes with putting it on the platform.

AngelIndex is provided as-is. We're not responsible for how investor introductions turn out, the decisions users make, funding outcomes, or anything that happens with third-party services.

We also can't promise the website will always be up and running or free of technical hiccups. To the extent the law allows, AngelIndex and our team won't be liable for business losses, investment losses, or other damages that come from using the platform.

Networking and introductions carry inherent risk, and the final call on any deal always rests with the people involved not with us.
